Member agrees to pay the following Mint Fees for services performed by Mint:
Application Fee is $25.
Making, changing, or cancelling a reservation by phone is $3.50.
Members must cancel or edit reservations at least 3 hours prior to the start of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in member being responsible for the full reservation cost. If another member reserves any of the cancelled time, you will only be charged for the unused portion.
$25 charge for SmartSaver members who reduce their plan more than once a year.
Lost Smartcard replacement is $15.
Fines
Member agrees to pay the following Mint Fines for violations occurred by or during the member’s reservation.
A $50 fine applies to the following violations:
Failure to return the vehicle to its home parking location. Additional charges may apply if vehicle is ticketed or towed.
Smoking in vehicle
Pets not being properly transported per the Vehicle Usage Rules
Failure to notify Mint immediately of theft, vandalism or damage to the vehicle. Additional charges may apply.
Permitting or causing damage to the vehicle. Additional charges may apply.
Leaving excessive garbage in the vehicle or leaving the vehicle in an unsanitary condition
Any action that causes an unscheduled service visit to the vehicle
A $25 fine applies to the following violation(s):
Failure to return Mint’s Smartcard upon termination of the Mint Agreement by either party.
Returning a vehicle with less than ¼ tank of gas
Failure to pay a parking ticket received during the member’s reservation
Mint reserves the right to charge any costs incurred by Mint for the above mention violations including, but not limited to, any legal fees. An itemized list of charges and fees will be provided to the member if any other violation occurs.
